I've had Clarence in my tank for over a week and he has not reduced any ammonia, my level reads a constant 0.25 pom and have to do constant water changes. Am I doing something wrong? Any tips? - Thanks

Hi Funky_114! A 0.25 ppm ammonia reading in a fish tank is usually considered low and has shown to be a "false positive" from the API test kit. Also, beneficial bacteria will usually handle any low levels of ammonia. Keep an eye on it and if it continues to rise, we can provide more suggestions!
